Ideally selected based on all types of flow directions and dust load. However, depending upon the flow direction sleeve orientation and types of sleeve will be modified.
Fabric life is enhanced since the fabric is never exposed to the medium temperature and is always protected by insulation bolster and sleeve.
The fabric could be easily replaced in case of any emergency exigencies like change in process parameters.
Ideally suited for lesser dust load and where the lateral / radial thermal movements are less than 35 mm.
In case of extreme exigencies, these designs could be offered with bolsters even for high dust load applications.
However in this design the fabric is tough to replace without dismantling the expansion joint in case of extreme exigencies like change in process parameters.
